- Pocomoke and it’s companion, Chickasaw are extremely dwarf varieties of crape myrtle. They form rounded bushes covered with deep rose pink flowers (Pocomoke) or light pinkish lavender flowers(Chickasaw). We have found 'Pocomoke' to be hardier and the more vigorous of the two, so that is the variety we usually specify.
