Sun Perennial

Bright Eyes Garden Phlox

  • Botanical Name:    Phlox paniculata 'Bright Eyes'
  • Height:    18-24"' +
  • Spread:    18-24" +
  • Exposure:    Full Sun
  • Care:    Cut to ground in late fall or in spring before new growth emerges
  • Not Deer Resistant
  • Large clusters of fragrant pink flowers with a dark pink 'eye' on an upright plant with mid-green foliage. Good cut flower, attracts butterflies. More resistant to powdery mildew than others. Mildew can still be an issue in our humid summers however, so it is a good idea to plant something bushy in front to cover the lower stems.
