  • This is a showy vertical accent for gardens or large containers. Deep burgundy foliage soon blooms with pinkish feathery plumes. We all wish this were hardy here! Some nurseries will label this as a perennial, but it is not in our area. Worth planting as an annual for its bold show of color and excellent texture. Drought tolerant once established and easy to grow. Attractive foliage even when not in bloom.
