One of our favorite plants, the Winter Gem Boxwood is a Star Performer! This is a rounded boxwood which is extremely pest and disease resistant. Very versatile, it makes and excellent foundation plant, a hedge or may be planted in a mixed border. It has a neat, dense habit, is adaptable to a wide variety of conditions, is highly deer resistant, and is very amenable to trimming. Among the hardiest of boxwoods, it retains the dark green velvety foliage color in winter.
