  • Care:    Cut to ground in fall or spring before new growth begins. To keep plants compact, cut back to ground after blooming. This will also encourage possible reblooming.
  • Somewhat Deer resistant
  • This is a mound shaped plant with masses of unusual clear blue flowers. Ideal for the informal border or cottage garden. Good fall color. Companions: 'Flower Carpet Roses' (Pink), 'Artemisia Powis Castle' and 'Salvia 'Snow Hills''. Tolerates shade, but bloom and habit are best in full sun. This is a new hybrid variety that is considered an improvement of the older 'Johnson's Blue'
